<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (JustBry07)</div><div class='quotemain'>The Lions are pretty awful no doubt about that, but look at the Bucs. They've scored 3 points in 2 games, and Chris Simms has thrown 6 INTs. I didn't think they would be this bad after coming off of a great season last year. LOL @ the Lions not being able to beat a CFL team. I think my 3-11 Hamilton Tiger-cats could own the Detroit Lions, and that's pretty bad.</div> I coached a group of 11 year olds at flag who could take lions.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (everclear)</div><div class='quotemain'>That one thing is a decent QUARTERBACK. Culpepper was not good at minnesota why did miami think he would work there. He had one good year and that is it. Please put in the backup.</div> I think that Culpepper needs time to get back to football form. He's on a new team and need time to learn the system. Culpepper was lucky in Minnesota because he had 2 or 3 seasons to sit and watch. Now he doesnt have that luxury. I wouldn't buy or sell him after 2 games. If they go 0-4 in two weeks from now it would be a ligit gripe. If you can better why isn't your ass out on the football feild.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Giantsfan1)</div><div class='quotemain'>A lions fan talking smack about any other team in the league. The lions couldnt beat a team in the CFL right now! Atleast the dolphins have SOME kind of potential. Youve scored what 13 points in 2 games.......?</div> Yeah, but according to Roy Williams they nearly scored 97 points. Culpepper had more than one good year - and that one good year should do something to get him more respect than he is getting. The guy hasn't played in a year, is in a new system with new receivers, and has had a history of needing to calm down. You don't pass on someone who proved that if given the right weapons can put up a 39 TD / 11 INT ratio. Anyone who says differently is not a very good football mind.

We're all dying to get a look at it! <span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:100%">LMAO!</span></div> Those are some fancy words, junior. Were you smacked upside the head w/ a Accounting textbook? Null Hypothesis: Culpepper is an upgrade. Anyone who has taken Stats class knows you have to disprove the null. Since, you are so intent on being a naysayer regarding the phins. So, I say, "Go to it!"
The Dolphins need and offensive line. Culpepper looked like he was pressured a lot and they couldn't run the ball at all on Buffalo. The Bills might be one of the better defenses in football this year but Miami's offensive line has to play better than that. Right now I think that's the big weakness on this team. Even if you put Harrington in, I wouldn't expect much from him other than check down passes because of defenders in his face. Green Bay is going through a similar situation with their line and watching the Miami line is like watching Green Bay's as well. Both have a lot of work. In time though I expect Miami to get better but right now playoffs doesn?t look to be in their site. Starting 0-2 in the AFC is something you cannot do.
Starting 0-2 in the AFC is tough but as hard as it is to believe with the Pats looking vunerable even though they're 2-0 it's probably the best division to make a come back in
Did you guys miss me yesterday? After surviving a win over the Bills last week I gave credit to the Bills D. They're very underrated. That said Culpepper has no excuse for his performance IMO. Brady admitted to being distracted by the Branch holdout last week & still managed to get the W with only 3 WRs on the active roster.

I am soooooo shocked.

Believe me I was very disappointed to hear him say that publicly, but it goes to show how much respect he had for Branch's ability. Culpepper's got a top 10 WR in Chambers & a top tier RB in Brown. He's been setup very nicely for success & thus far he's flat out sucked.

I didn't think they were going to make the playoffs and they ended up winning a playoff game. Then losing horribly of course, to Denver. I better put that in there before Dale reminds me about it.
Well we did win our 1st SB starting out 0-2. Phins fans just have to hold out hope that Daunte gets knocked out forcing the backup into the game. Oh wait that's Joey Harrington right? Sorry!
Calm down!Culpepper is recovering from sever injuries. He is trying to learn a new offense and he has little protection. He has already been sacked 10 times in 2 games.Give him some time and he will make Saban look like a genius.

Why hasn't anyone mentioned Culpepper's knee after that behemoth Bills lineman sacked him? He limped back to the huddle a little and he was nursing that knee when he threw the ball. I would be concerned if I was a Dolphins fan.
