As opposed to constantly fumbling and throwing interceptions and then blaming it on someone else, like Trump does?

At what level of financial success do you become what is wrong with the world?

I don't pretend to know all about Bloomberg but I've heard he was a pretty good NYC Mayor...yes he's a billionaire several times over but he's also given several billion to charity.

I like Bloomberg, he's admirable in many ways, but I wish he wouldn't run.

Same with Steyer, except for the liking and admiring parts.

Countries with a lot more money do that on a much larger scale.

One bone to pick, I see nothing in Steyer to make me not like him or not admire him. Really don't know enough about him other than I like his petition.

Steyer doesn't have most of the many negatives associated with Trump: he's not a sociopath, he's not a fraud, he's not a rapist, he's not a Russian asset, etc.

But he's still completely unqualified to be president. He's rich and he has a big ego. That's not sufficient.

I don't have a problem with Steyer either...yeah, sure he's rich, but he's smart too. Smart enough to know that one of the keys to success in business as well as being a leader is to surround yourself with talented people, the very best pest people, and let them do their job.

We have seen what happens when a "leader" surrounds himself with the "best people."

Different people have differing definitions of 'best'. I'm sure Steyer has an entirely different definition than Trump. Who to choose? Decisions, decisions but I'm going to have to go with Steyer since Trump is a blathering idiot as well as a gangster.

Yeah, I'm being a little hard on Steyer, but only because he deserves it. Yes, he is smart, and he's been successful. And he's done some good with his money, too. He's not evil. I think his heart is in the right place. But president should not be an entry-level job. Being president isn't anything at all like running a hedge fund. He's not the best candidate, and wouldn't be the best president. Although obviously he'd be miles better than the current occupant, but so would you or I.

I don't see how saying this makes it right, though.
