I agree. And then some. If ANYONE goes after a President or any member of their family I would support a response so fierce that it wouldn't happen again for generations.

So...the First Lady should shun her Secret security protection when she is out of the country. And of course, she shoud have never left the country because right wing wacko's think the uppity black lady should stay home? Jesus Christ...the stupidity on the right is breathtaking.

I am sorry but I am going to have to open up here and prove this wrong. I am going to have to admit to thinking things that aren't politically correct. You all know how I think anyway.

You won't find many people on this website that will admit to hating as many different groups of people as a whole than I do.

I hate white trash, I hate just about everyone else as a group as well.

However, I saw Obama give a speech during the 2004 DNC and I thought to myself that this guy would make a great president. I will even admit to some phrase along the lines of "I would vote for that N@#$#$#" having popped into my head. I actually wished that more African Americans would get a good education and could speak like Obama, because I hate stereotypes. Not because they are wrong, but because they are generally right. Stereotypes come from somewhere.

I am way overweight and when I see a fat person I get angry at them for not taking care of themselves. I don't deny that it is hypocritical in every sense of the word. I just think things that I shouldn't.

I have told my girlfriend that if I ever got religion and started going to church, that there is a 99.99 percent chance that I am faking it for some reason. I don't know why I would do that but I know what I think and no matter how much I realize that it is wrong, I still think it.

But Crandc, if you literally can't believe that there are people that don't like Obama because of his beliefs and what his party stands for because of reasons other than race you are just as biased as anyone you put down in defense of your position. If someone like me wanted Obama to be President before I even knew what he stood for, then there must be plenty of people who felt the same way.

By the way, I always felt that W shouldn't have been president for the simple fact that he could barely seem to pronounce his own name let alone give a great speech. I am not saying he couldn't have been a good president, just that there had to be someone at least as good who was also literate. Didn't George Carlin do a bit about somewhere someone was going to the worst doctor in the world? That is what I felt about W.

This thread which you started has nothing to do with President Obama's policies.

Nor does it have to do with his skin color. Thanks for playing.

I didn't say it had anything to do with his skin color.

You, however, did imply that it had something to do with his policies.

    Thanks for playing.

Maxipads - It's lovely how you state that race has nothing to do with it, while taking the time to specifically write "half-black." Thanks for playing.

Nice try, but wrong. My implication was when one asks us to make sacrifices, he and his family should make sacrifices as well. If, as he states, government can't be cut any more, spending this kind of public money goes against that concept.

Don't try to tell me what I think; you're really bad at it.

Gosh, it's great to see you around here again. Would you like me to draw you a nice warm bath?

You know accusations of racism have lost their punch when you try to call someone out for calling someone (accurately may I add) "half-black". Is it also racist when I call myself three-quarters Russian?

The key to magic is misdirection.

See, you're uncaring because you can't understand that Michelle needed to be there for her friend. What's a third of a million dollars of taxpayer money to mend a broken heart?

What is important to the Left is not the impact of a decision, but whether or not their intentions are good. And gosh, was Michelle's heart in the right place! She's a hero!
