Sounds like a spouse with an injured psyche. We call it the silent treatment. Men, anyone else besides me who's experienced this?

When I watered today Lucia followed me meowing loudly. She wanted to be sure I knew where she was.

I'm only joking, but I've been watching a lot of Gordon Ramsey lately:

"That looks like a dog dinner!"

Whole wheat pasta with kale pistachio pesto. Kale growing like weeds

Lucia caught another mouse. She didn't offer it to me, I guess because I was so ungrateful last time. IMG_20200520_124519.jpg

Last summer camping I picked up my can of sprite and there was a yellow jacket on it and it stung me on the lip, I had to drink lots of Knob Creek to deal with the swelling.

I love how this thread has turned into food porn thanks to @crandc - I just wish the quality of the photographs was better.

I've found putting egg whites on the wound will suck the poison out quickly for stings and bites..just use the eggshell for the clear fresh egg whites and put it on until dry several times...it provides some relief

All spiders and all centipedes are poisonous.
You also could have been stung by some sort of bee.

Or wasp. Maybe spider too small for serious damage. Definitely not centipede, never seen centipedes in garden. Whatever. I'm fine.
