Is calling it a mute point kinda like saying "shut the fuck up"? 'Cuz I think that was the dumbshit play of Blazer history . . .

    Moot????

You're missing the point. He had an illegal substance, which is no different than having a loaded gun. Only a fool would bring either one to the airport. So glad that fucker left Portland

It's pretty easy to understand what he's trying to say.

    1. The City/Fans expects far to much out of its players even when they are performing at a superstar level. A.K.A LMA.

    2. The City doesn't really have shit to do for rich younger people like them, when compared to other cities they visit on their road trips.

    3. The City/Fans turn on their players too quickly, aren't as supportive of them as much, etc which is why some may feel under appreciated.

I mean, I actually can see his points. And I honestly don't give a shit about the weed. Everyone and their fucking mother in sports does that shit and/or other PEDs.

You agree with everything negative so why wouldn't you agree with Damon when he said something negative about the Blazers? I have yet to see you agree with anything positive.

I don't agree with your number 3 at all. Players who come here, play their heart out, give everything for the team, and don't get into extracurricular bullshit are worshiped here. When you start getting in trouble with the law and doing extracurricular shit that brings detriment to the team (just like any player) they can gain negative press. Darius Miles maybe? JR writer smoking weed out of pop cans and speed racing? Zach Randolph's immaturity, sexual abuse allegations, street racing, and other issues with the law outside of basketball? Literally quitting on the team when he didn't want to go into the game? Name a player that has given their all for the team and the city that have we turned on?

I figured that there was a slight chance that he was being sarcastic/ironic with that "mute" shit . . .

You're describing about half of the NBA cities and their fans...

A moot point is something left up in the air.

A mute point is something done by mimes.

It was a schedule 1 drug. Regardless if I don't believe it should be, it's still "highly illegal" at the time it happened. I don't think open carry should be illegal, but I won't go walking around with a loaded gun on my hip.

I grew up with Damon here in NE Portland before I even started working with the team........ I can tell you that you shouldn't give a shit what he thinks. He damn sure doesn't care what you think. He doesn't represent my city in any way!

joel przybilla is an example of hard work paying off. i mean lets face it, dude wasnt very skilled, especially on offense which is usually what everyone loves but he was a work horse and got a standing ovation when he returned after we traded him. I went out of my way to attend that game just so i could cheer for him and wear his jersey with pride.

lamarsha is not on that level, he made strides with his playing through injury, but i watched him quit in the playoffs. you could see in his body language when he decided he wasnt coming back to portland.

All the high-end shit you do mags and you're going to call weed a schedule 1? Because the government calls it a schedule 1? That scheduling is the crime of the century...

First off that mother fucker lied to us. But before the Texas Turncoat lied, he completely checked out in that Memphis series. He quit on us and caught a different plane home. He did not give us his all at the end of his blazer career.
