I think there's only one person who wouldn't! (Well, maaaaaaybe Dame would take Frazier over Montero. So maybe two.)

Do you people realize that we're fighting over Tim Frazier? Think about that for a second...... TIM FRAZIER.

Only one person is fighting over Frazier. The rest of us are fighting over logic.
(Two posts in a row referencing logic!)

    Frazier - Almost 25 - 11 Career Games
    Pressy - 24.5 yr old - 125 Career Games
    KAT - Almost 20 - 0 Career Games

Not exactly an Apples to Apples comparison.

It's like talking about Victor Claver and Allan Crabbe two years ago ...who wears the suit?

It's relevant to your use of "miserably" and "fialed" when describing Alexander's turn at Kansas.

I think a conversation about the potential of our players, and which ones to keep, considering the circumstances of our rebuild, is quite rational.

I say, keep the guy with the upside, because neither of our two D-League scrub backup point guards are going to help us win shit. Not now, not in the future.

So what was the point you were trying to make? That he needs more time to be evaluated? Yeah I said to keep him around...

If you knew the backstory on Cliff Alexander you might've been able to deduce who and what I was talking about. I should've been clearer I suppose, but I did tie into who I was talking about by using Schilly's choice descriptors. I did give a hint, nonetheless.

And in case you are wondering... Cliff Alexander was a top 5 College recruit. DraftExpress had him going #2 over all from April through the end of July last summer, then he dropped to 5 through mid November, about the time College starts playing, End of November he was at 10. 15 by mid December then hovered around 17 till mid Feb and then dropped to 31 hovered a while then dropped to 41-45 till about draft time spiked up to 25 a couple days before the draft then went undrafted.

He played 28 games as a freshman at Kansas and in 17 mpg went for 7.1pts and 5.3rebs. Based on the Hype that was a bit of a failed season, comparable to the lack of production to Anthony Bennett in his rookie season.

I was trying to point out the flaw of stating that Alexander failed miserably. We would all fail miserably if we were deemed ineligible halfway through the season. I just think it's the wrong way to describe a situation when we are talking about performance, err, strictly performance. He was NOT a miserable failure when he DID play. Do you see what I am getting at?

Why are we talking about Wesley Matthews?

Those are good numbers per minute. There were a lot of questions as to why Self chose to limit his minutes based on his superior performance. I've also known about Cliff Alexander since the summer of 2013 in case you didn't think I knew what we were talking about.

I get what you are saying and I don't disagree in the least though he was a top 5 recruit and didn't put up top 5 recruit numbers, that was the point I was making.

Yes...that all 30 GMs lacked the draft information that this board's posters read in articles long ago.

If Montero and Alexander become good players, they'll each be on their 3rd or 4th NBA team, after efforts from many assistant coaches. The first team is the sucker team.

So that brings it back to my initial post on this thread.... We aren't good enough this year for that to matter.... In fact while preserving the T word, I would say it's not our priority to have our 14th and 1th guys on the roster helping us win games.... For that matter in what case is a 14th or 15th guy actually affect a team overall? At least these guys could have a 2 year window to move up to 11 or 12.
