OT Minnesota city official says Philando Castile’s girlfriend will spend her settlement cash on crack

It was just an expansion of how people are told to call the cops if they feel they're being pulled over by a fake cop or if they feel unsafe.

They tell us that on tv here all the time. Metro's spokesman said it on the news when we had a fake cop pulls someone over a few years ago.
