Except I'd rather take the risk on Alexander. Bennett could blossom yet, but I can't imagine Alexander's first two years being any worse than Bennett's. Plus, and most importantly, Alexander isn't Canadian.

What does that mean? Considering Alexander and Bennett were picked at completely different places, have completely different body types and games and have completely different salaries and costs.

Except I'd consider Alexander low-risk. Only a small part of his contract is guaranteed. The only risk is that his court time could take away from other players' PT. But if that's the case, we're being rewarded.

That's irrelevant if we keep him. The discussion is about whether to keep him, not whether to sign him but not keep him.

    My point is he's low-risk. Not high-risk.

Guess I meant boom or bust. With high expectations at one point.

Oy. Well, then yes. Totally agree.

The article on Cliff (and Moe) has me excited. I know a lot of fluff comes out this time of the year, but I don't expect much fluff to be offered on Cliff at this point, given some here still think he could be booted in favor of keeping two 3rd string PG's.
