    I figured he'd tweet something like this.

    Wow, Miss America first pageant ratings are way down from last year. Viewership declined 13%, the lowest ever! If the contestants stood proudly in their bikini's and it was shown on broadcast maybe ratings could come back? Otherwise worse!
