    Access, parking, supporting businesses, additional nightlife, just not enough room and zero additional economic development.

    In industrial NW that ballpark would be a catalyst for more development. When the PDP was selling us on the spot by Washington Square they said that area works because it would anchor additional development and has easy access. The SoWat district is developed. It is already packed.

    Also the Ross Island bridge is long past its life. You think replacing the Sellwood was hard, wait until you try to replace the Ross.

    You put that stadium in INW, you have 20 years of development and growth.

    You put that in SoWat you have forever congestion and zero additional economic growth.

    Nah, they're already planning to develop all around OMSI - this would only add to that. It's a good spot with the MAX and StreetCar going right to it. Plus selfishly it's within two miles of me.
