    Not really. Lloyd area is a total nightmare for parking and they have no room to expand without tearing down some of the neighborhood.
    T2 has way more options and the talk is about adding another bridge to the area.

    Depends on if they want to go taller with parking lots or not. They go up 10 -12 stories they will be fine.

    Not really sure how the Lloyd area could possibly be easier to build and maintain than this? T2 has everything. Truck, Rail and Marine access. Wide open spaces and they already have the land on commitment.

    T2 also anchors a next wave of development pushing commercial/residential space from downtown. (I'll listen to the complaints that this cannibalizes industrial, but suspect that is the trend anyway). It has bigger transportation bottlenecks, but at least has the advantage that games wouldn't add to the core of the freeway system. Lloyd would be awesome as well, but the only piece of the neighborhood that needs reinvigorating is the mall itself. Both options are solid, but unless someone has plans to get supercargo back in the city, driving up overall river traffic, T2 is an easy preference.
