After my little bit of reading and research it looks obvious to me that this girl is just seeing if she can get paid. She more than likely will never pay any legal fees and could possibly get a little money out of this, not near what she is asking I don't figure. This is what the courts are here for -- to listen to cases, even if they don't have merit. Sort of embarassing for MO though.
