    I think its funny that those guys all have their phones out at dinner. I swear I'm the only person left in this generation that ignores their phone when I'm out with people or eating with family/friends. Those text messages and facebook posts will still be there in an hour folks.

    He's from NorthEastern Baltimore. I'm guessing it's just an "E" for East Baltimore. There's a big rivalry between east and west Baltimore, according to The Wire.
