<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (J-E-T-S 1083)</div><div class='quotemain'>yea but second round for a 3rd string qb is not a smart choice, also Detriot needs defense. watever better for the other teams</div>

Campbell may start @ 3rd string, but, its not where you start but where you finish.

Neither Harrington or Garcia may be in the Motor City for then...

Additionally, Mariucci is an offensive minded coach.

I wont be shocked if the Lions pick comes around in the 2nd round and they pick Charlie Frye or another of the 2nd tier QBs....ifd they arent happy with Harrington, and I think its clear they arent, then why wouldnt you bring in a young prospect?....if you dont think the QB to take you to the promise land is on your roster, then your a fool if you let a guy get away that may be that guy....the old adage says(and I firmly believe this): If you have 2 potential starting QBs, than you dont have any....by this its meant that if you have a QB contreversy, its because your QBs arent good enough, not becuase they are both so good that you cant decide....

Then they should release Harrington, or they shouldn't have wasted time on Garcia. Especially since Garcia is SHIT without TO

Are we still waiting on this? I think we need to move on if people don't respond in a few days.

Last year this other NFL forum I used to post on did a mock draft. But what they did was make all the picks up for grabs to anyone who posted. The only rules were: once you made a pick you couldn't make another one until at least 2 more picks had been made & if you made a ridiculous pick it could be voided by a mod.
