Where are all the rest of the teams at? How many haven't really done anything yet? I've PM'ed a few yesterday, but never heard from them and haven't seen them online yet...

 

People think they are special joining up, but the fact is if you don't continue it pissed everyone off and gives you a worse reputation.

They are just lazy IMO. I Pm'ed Casual the Sonics GM about a trade and he still hasnt replied... ( i'm trying to get Shard )

 

Who has Antawn Jamison?

Also, what are the rules regarding waiving players? How does that affect your teams economic situation?

Washington still has Antawn unless I missed a trade.

Under the Collective Bargaining Agreement some players have waivable contracts, but I don't know how we do it here because there aren't that many who actually do.

You make the offer to Courtking...if you talk to Cleveland, you're pretty much letting them know that they better make an offer to match yours.
