I was thinking the same thing - I heard that interview. Monty was basically talking about how he feels he isn't ready for doing what Nate does (he was praising Nate for all of the little things he does that most people don't see) For example, he was talking about a call that happened on the road trip (I can't remember if it was the Lamarcus/Milwaukee play?) But he said as the officials were reviewing the call on the monitor that he was basically sitting there thinking "Man, I hope the call goes our way (laughs)" while Nate would have been up close to and in the officials eardrum trying to sell it. He said he didn't even think of doing something like that at the time. He was in good spirits about it, and laughed it off but it seemed like he was admitting he's not ready for the big time . . . at least not yet.
