<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "thefranchise3":</div><div class="quote_post">I dont think that would ever happen, Alvin is playing great lately, and you dont usually see a 3 for 3 player trades anymore. That wouldnt be terrible, but I wouldnt want it to happen, i want to just trade mo pete and AD.</div> 3 for 3 trades happen the most, but normally the best players of each team is what the trade is called. (Gooden for M. Miller)
Why would a team in a league with no good centers trade their center who is starting to become one of the top centers in the Eastern conference.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "B-Ball215":</div><div class="quote_post">he didn't show much potentiol this season.</div> I agree, he did have a few scoring outbreaks. Darius Miles had an upset season, maybe because Ricky Davis wanted to be the star of the team? i'm not sure.
This trade has little chance of happening. Maglorie would be a great fit. One of the better centers in the east, young, not too expensive can score some (down low not jumpers) good shot blocker solid rebounder and a home town guy a team would love. BUT unless Maglorie says I'm going to TO no matter what..is there any possible reason to want to trade him for MO P from a NO perspective? They need a center who scores, rbounds and blocks also. They already have an ALL STAR SF, they have Wesley at SG who although smaller than MO P is better in almost every area and Alexander who is more talented (but has not shown it the last year) than MO P. What does NO have to gain from a trade with the RAPS? Its great to say this guy would fit but NO needs a good reason to trade Maglorie to the RAPS other than "The RASP Would love to have him" I haven't seen anyone give a reason yet?
The only way this trade could happen is if there is a sign and trade..or raptors just sign him..as he is a FA this off season..you guys would have a good chance if silas is coach as they are real close friends...but thats the only way raps would get him
