As expected, Arkansas announced Tuesday morning that All-SEC center Moses Kingsley is declaring for the NBA Draft, and will not hire an agent. For those unaware, the NCAA changed their rules regarding basketball players' opportunities to test the NBA waters and return to school this year. Players can now workout for NBA teams and even participate in the NBA Draft Combine if invited, and they can still return to school if they choose as long as they don't hire an agent. The deadline to withdraw and come back to the Razorbacks for his senior year is May 25th. This will likely become a more and more routine thing for college basketball players under these rules.
