    tough shots or not..AI has and always will be a poor fg shooter...

    kidd could take more shots than ai and still not score as much.....ai is a poor fg percentage cause he shoots so much thats all

    It's not because he shoots so much, it's because the shots he chooses to take when he shoots so much. He has poor shot selection, but his errant shots are turned into offensive rebounds a lot of times.

    i dont think its shot selection ,thats the way it looks ,its like he chooses a tough shot all the time but thats not the case,thats the way it is for him

    he only took 16 more shots than kobe did all season, yet kobe shot .37 better than he did. it's the shot selection. jalen rose was 6th in the league in FG attempts and shot worse than iverson. he's known for poor shot selection also. there's no way around it

    it is his shot selection, hes a poor fg shooter because of it, he forces a lot of shots.


    hated players: allen iverson, baron davis...i cant think im sure theres more.

    hated team:clippers, lakers, hornets, and sixers.

    Getting back on topic....I haven't read through the thread yet, but has anyone mentioned LeBron James as the most hated player? A whole lot of people sure do want him to suffer on these boards.

    the pistons still I think are not a very love team outside of detroit because of the old obnoxious bad boys and because ben wallace and brent barry come off as really arrogant and wanna-be brutish.

    most people outside of Boston hate the celtics because theyve hogged the championships and Antoine Walker takes too many threes and whines at the refs and does a cool little dance in your face when he hits a game winner or game breaker

    Most hated team has to be LA! People just hate LA. It used to be Utah back in the days of the Bulls. But I don't think a championship team has been hated as much as the Lakers have been. Shaq is one of the most hated players in basketball, then there is the ultra-hated Rick Fox, the much-laughed at Mark Madsen, Robert "that was a lucky shot" Horry, and last but not least - Kobe "Jordan-Wannabe-Ball-Hog" Bryant.

    Let's face it ... people just hate LA.

    I actually like LA ... they are my favorite team and Kobe my favorite player. But I have to admit that the Lakers is a hated team!

    I am just going to come and say it - the more you win the more people seem to hate you. I mean I never saw New Jersey on any hate lists till they started winning.

    I started hating NJ once Kidd joined. I have hated him ever since he came into the league.

    lol. Very true. Why do u think ppl hate the lakers? of course its because the more u win and the more exposure u get, especially on a huge market like LA ppl get sick of seeing them everywhere.. 4 straight seasons i would watch nba action and see nothing but kobe and shaq.. i give them the respect they deserve but it doesnt mean i want to watch them 24/7, and about the Nets thing.. i didnt like them since J Kidd stepped in there.. and Richard Jefferson and K-mart. They are a very arrogant team.. even if you do have talent there is a fine line between confidence and arrogance.. Richard Jefferson seems to think he owns the garden every time he steps foot in there with comments like "the knicks dont deserve to play in Madison Square Garden".. and yes i don't like Byron Scott either i think he's an arrogant coach who is gunna get schooled when Van Gundy comes to town.. if he's not fired by then that is... you know what call me a New Jersey hater if you will.. but im sure i can recruit a whole bunch of ppl to join me.. New Jersey is number 1 on my list of dislikes.

    I hate the Lakers because their players seem very conceited and most of their fans are complete idiots, otherwise known as bandwagon fans
