Dave Chappelle isnt overrated. I find it pretty hard to name comedians who have made me laugh more. His stand up is really good too. 'For What It's Worth' is hilarious. Maybe not the best ever but he is mad funny.
Larry The Cable Guy. He use to be funny. But his style is always the same. He always tells a story, then starts his joke with "its like". Example: its like watching an ethopean with no legs watch a donut roll down a hill. Yeah tahts funny, but all his call backs are the same style. Lame

I'd say Chappelle. He isn't that funny from what I've seen from him but I haven't see his show that much.I have seen Carlos Mencia's show a couple times and I thought it was pretty good. George Lopez is better though.

Russell Peters is overrated IMO. He's only known for one show he made. Other than that he hasn't done much. Everyone thinks he's hilarious because of one show.

I agree. he's kind of goofy, but everyone I talk to says that they love him. he's just okay. I bet he'd be pretty funny if he was a f iend or something tho.

Did you not catch his recent Comedy Central special neither? Russell Peters is hilarious. Yeah, he reuses jokes a lot, but is still comedy.
Jim Gaffigan, Mencia, most everything on Comedy Central that isn't South Park, the Daily Show, or Colbert.Edit: And David Spade.
That guy off of the Colbert Report.. Colbert is his last name, that's all I know. He's nowhere near funny. Also, Andy Dick is lame as F*ck. First thing is he's a gay comedian, so there's no fun in hearing him joke around. Second thing is that he's a comedian... Gay guys aren't funny. Just ask Elton John.
Gaffigan is not overrated, thats for sure.I was thinking Blue Collar Comedy Tour when I made this thread. Ray Romano is a big name comedian who is performing at the Comedy Festival. Which he has no business at.
