    The Spurs easily in my opinion. They lack size and they lack team speed. Not a good combination.

    Thunder, with Portland a close second. I think the Thunder will win their 1st round, but not as convincingly as some think. I don't think Portland will win the 1st round and will play rather underwhelming.
