Yeah, I watched that several years ago and really enjoyed it. The guy that played Howlin Wolf was one scary dude.
Always thought she was beautimous...she's got it all... hair, eyes, lips, teeth, body. And she's one of a few reasons I can't stand Ben Affleck.
Ben has made several great movies. I especially liked The Accountant. I don't know anything about the breakup of Jennifer and Ben. She's too tall and I'm not crazy about her face. Other than that, she's great looking. The only three movies I've ever seen her in are Pearl Harbor (a terrible movie), ELECTRA (meh) and Peppermint. Only Peppermint was good. A good looking woman to me is short, not fat, nice legs (meaning slightly muscular), nice back (again slightly muscular), nice butt (must be well rounded from plenty of exercise), small feet, breasts that are not too large, medium size is best but small is better than too large. If she's Asian and knows how to fix her hair, I'm sold. Actually, I'm very happy with my Asian wife.
We watched A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood. Tom Hanks does his usual amazing acting job as Mr. Rogers, but overall we thought the movie was kind of meh.
There are fewer and fewer gentlemen these days. You can tell them by the way they hold a door open for the person behind them, how they don't swear around strangers such as on the bus or light rail, how they tip, how they allow their guest to take the best seat in the restaurant, if it's a child you can tell if they're a gentleman by allowing their guest to have the best refreshment or cookies. The way a man dresses or his hair style, or the car he drives has no bearing on whether hes a gentleman or not. It's more impressive when you see a poor man acting like a gentleman. It's easy for the wealthy to be gentlemen yet it's still rare for them to be gentlemen. Thank you for bringing this up.
Watched the horror remake of Fantasy Island last night. Hilarious! Campy as hell. Michael Peña is Mr Roarke. Reminded me of those 80s and 90s B movie horror films. 7/10 if you like campy horror films.
If you want to watch a campy horror flick then I suggest Motel Hell starring Rory Calhoun. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motel_Hell
if you have Amazon Prime, season 5 of Luther is out. 4 episodes. IMO, it was too violent, and Luther already had a significant level of violence
I just binge watched the new season of Bosch on Amazon Prime. One of the best shows ever based on a book series. The casting is great.
So I seriously took a minute to decide. Would I prefer that covid 19 didn't exist or Bad Boys For Life? The answer is covid 19 but BARELY. GOD DAMN THAT MOVIE WAS AWFUL.
Singin' in the Rain Gene Kelly is the best dancer that ever lived. Fred Astaire is a close second and Donald O'Conner is virtually as good. If you want to see some outstanding dancing that is decidedly manly, watch Oklahoma and South Pacific.
The Secret of Roan Inish Beautiful classic movie. Free on YouTube. Not sure how long it will be there.
