You should also post this on Clutchfans while trolling them.
If you didn't drive the car off a cliff, you messed up.
I guess the Bulls didn’t fly home tonight. I just gave Antonio Blakeney and Wayne Selden a ride to their hotel. I had to look them up after they gave me their names and that is exactly who they were. I assumed they were Hornets initially so I said “I’m glad the Blazers won” and Wayne said “me too.” Jesus Christ. Blakeney wouldn’t put on his seatbelt so the car ding-ed the whole time. Wayne tipped me $34 in cash. To date, James Harden has yet to tip me.
No more Beard Admiration. That is SO CHEAP!
I wonder if you bought a Mini. That's tough to satisfy NBA players in a mini. If you had the Shaq van, your NBA star rides may multiple.
Bro, set up a hidden camera and a mic on your car. Would love to see this.
Also, you gotta learn your NBA scrubs so you know who you're talking to!
It’s a Mercedes Benz E Class. They were happy.
I want to!! I’m told it’s illegal though.
Dude. I am so embarrassed. I like to think of myself as an NBA expert but Antonio Blakeney scored 12 points in front of me and I didn’t notice! And to not recognize Wayne Selden? I’m a fraud. Would you have known them?
Not illegal to record audio of conversations in which you are a participant. Video, however, requires consent of all parties.
Is it customary to tip uber drivers?
You learn something new everyday.
Uber and Lyft both have tip apps. I always tip the driver. I'm sure they would rather get cash though.
I do a few $ here an there if the ride was especially good, but not as an obligation.
6 months a year I use Uber/Lyft a bunch. I have never tipped. Always give high rating if they are deserved though.
I'll tip if there's a ton of traffic or some other shit or they help me with luggage at the airport. Or if its a really short ride.
I think this can be sidestepped by simply having a note pinned up in plain view that says "all rides are captured on video for the safety of the passengers"?
Nobody around here wants my tip. Trust me!
Probably, but that would also likely result in some people not being willing to ride with him.
I'll say it one more time. Stop offering them half of it.
I've only taken one Uber when I was in San Diego. Nice kid in a clean Lexus Hybrid. I gave him five bucks and a full score review.
None of you cheap bastards tip?
Separate names with a comma.
