<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Drake Remoray:</div><div class="quote_post">Good Draft, the only things I don't like are the Raptors taking Villanueva and Granger.</div> What's there not to like about Danny Granger? He has good size at 6'8" and ESPN's Chad Ford said that he may be able to play a little of the four later in his career (like Shawn Marion did this year). He can do everything well, shoot, block shots, rebound, score, you name it he can do it, he was the only player in college basketball this season to average at least 18 points, nine rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two blocks. In fact I don't see any weaknesses in his game, a very safe pick is what Granger is. Nice mock Mr.J probably one of the best I have seen this year. I don't believe that the Knicks will take Frye though, I know his stock is on the rise and everything but I just don't see it happening. I would rather take Martell Webster being that he is still on the board. Along with Felton and Mccants, Webster is one of those guys that I just have a feeling about in this draft (probably biased about Felton and Mccants though). When high schoolers come out for the draft their main weakness is their body isn't ready yet or they drive too much. Webster has an NBA body already and he is a killer shooter and never relies on driving too much. Would be a nice fit in New York next to Marbury.

I can understand villanueva but granger is one of the best players available and as CK said he can pretty much do it all. Besides, it comes down to either him or Antione Wright for us, unless felton slips or Babs blows it.
Please let Granger fall to the Warriors. Vasquez? NO *$%&&@*@'n way! Gimme Granger,or gimme Diogu...maybe Blatche, but let the Lakers take the over-hyped Euro. Love the look and the sensible reasoning so much i won't even fuss about other picks I dissagree with. I suspect you are right about Frye to the Knicks, they need a solid C,not a shaky prospect. Suns would go Blatche over Taft, runs the floor better. Green may be a year younger than Marvin, but has a usable, all around game, and Marvin doesn't yet. that might not alter how they get picked unless Atlanta wants to pay my huge consulting fees

After dealing with Vince Carter's injuries throughout his tenure here, no matter how good the player you have to be leery. (Danny Granger has had a Back Injury, Shoulder Injury, Knee Injury, and Big Toe Infection (correct me if I'm wrong)).That's why I think Antoine Wright would be better suited. I really think if Granger doesn't come here it, that would be one of the major reasons, and is a reason why fans like myself are a bit worried if he does come. As I said before, it's a good draft and it's not an unlikely selection, I just like the idea of Danny Granger over Antoine Wright
