Russia did intervene extensively in the election and the trump campaign knew about it and knew they would benefit, and did not report it. People destroyed communications relevant to the investigation. Trump jr and stone had direct communications with Wikileaks, who had direct communications with guccifer 2.0 who was a false identity created by the GRU. Russian involvement began as early as 2014, with trump tower Moscow dating back to that time as well. Mueller could not clear the president of obstruction of justice. Trump campaign people and people within the administration lied in public and to the Mueller team repeatedly.
But why would he say he's "fucked" and that his "presidency is over" but it's not over and as it stands at this moment he is not currently fucked? If it was rigged wouldn't he be fucked? You're not making any sense.

Mea culpa. I started out this presidency calling Trump a "buffoon." I was wrong. After today, it's the people who believe "no collusion, total exoneration" who are the buffoons.
