I think I may have heard this song while eating at a Buster's Texas style barbecue restaurant. Normally, I don't care for Country Western music but in that joint it's really apropos. Great beef brisket poor boys, by the way. I always get lots of bark and an iced tea. Pretty good french fries especially if you get them without salt 'cause they have to make them fresh and they're very very hot.

Yeah. Busters is a really good placw to eat. But what about the song? It's Don Williams, the Gentle Giant of Country Music.

It's really good when eating at Busters. I find myself mouthing the words, in between bites of my outta this world sandwich and long gulps of iced tea, of course.
I go to Busters so often that they know me and know exactly what I want 'cause it's always the same thing.
Speaking of Busters, I was reviewing the health inspection scores of several restaurants that I frequent and as an afterthought figured I'd check out Busters. They failed, got a zero due to some very important problem that they had failed before and still hadn't fixed even after a repeat inspection. I once used the restroom there and as I was washing my hands, I saw an employee walk out of a toilet stall right after flushing and directly back to the kitchen without washing his hands. That was several years ago but I still kick myself for not saying something and saying it forcefully which is my nature.
Great food, really nice staff in Tigard but apparently not too clean.

Shit. You'd probably cream in your jeans for Tennessee Red's then. Too bad they closed it down.

I'm not into any style of barbecue other than Texas style. For example, I don't usually care for pork barbecue.
Give me that Texas bbq and a genrous ICED tea with plenty of lemon and I'm a happy man. Damn, I want some right now.

One of the coolest album covers ever, by one of my favorite artists, S. Neil Fujita:

He also did the book covers for In Cold Blood and The Godfather:

I just listened to an album from Sevendust that still rocks my world.

"Animosity" is the name of the album... came out some 15-17 years ago. Still holds the test of time. Give it a listen. (It's on the heavier side, not metal).
