    Hey, I worked with a guy from Texas who claimed to, at one time, be the manager of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

    Met a guy the BART train in San Francisco who claimed to be a promoter for the English band the Fall. When I first met saw him I thought he was a serial killer. After talking with him for about 15 minutes it didn't change my opinion very much.

    I met a guy who was hitchhiking once. We talked a long time until we got to Salem. He asked me to let him off at any random abandoned building which I did. He gave me the heebie jeebies. I'll always wonder if he wasn't some sort of serial killer.
    Another time I did meet a contract killer. In fact, I met two of them (separate occasions). One guy looked mean as hell. The other guy was very very friendly to me. I never heard from the mean one again but the friendly one wound up dead.The friendly one introduced me to Cheech and Chong on record. He was Latino. He took me to a relative's house in Salem where a large family was there and we all had delicious homemade tacos. His passing made me sad. I only learned of these killers' occupations after they died.
