    Who said what?

What I said was Dwight should not try to posterize Deke, a respected vet, in a preseason game. The only thing that can come from that is injuries.

If anyone is to blame it's that guy with the hideous shirt on. It's clear he is a rascist. First he said something about Yao and now Deke.

I didn't mean that you blamed him for the dude being racist. Sorry if I wasn't clear. But you implied that Dwight was instigating by simply dunking on Deke:

    <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Dwight should know, you don't do that to a vet in pre-season. I'm surprised there wasn't any further escalation.</div>

Why should Dwight hold himself back in a game, just because Mutumbo's old? If you get beat, you get beat, and age or the fact that it's preseason shouldn't make a difference.

In other news, his shirt was taken by league officials and burned so that he would no longer embarrass himself or his family by wearing such a disgusting piece of clothing.

I didn't imply that he was instigating, or anything for that matter. All I said was those dunks should be saved for the regular season. What's the point of doing that in a preseason game? I have seen many injuries come from those kind of dunks, on both the dunker and the 'dunkee'. If Dwight continues doing that year round, don't expect him to be in the league by the time he's 30.

    <div class="quote_poster">Chutney Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Why should Dwight hold himself back in a game.</div>

Because it's preseason. The number one priority for every player during a preseason game is to avoid getting injured. Preseason games should not be about showboating, but if the players want to give their fans something special they still need to make sure it wont cause injuries. What if Mutombo got injured? Would it be fair to the Rockets organization if that happened? We would be stuck without a backup center all because of a stupid preseason game.

Yes it does. Read what I said above. If you still disagree with me, then we will just have to agree to disagree (I hate using that expression.)

I suppose we will agree to disagree then (I hate it too). I just don't see the huge injury risk in dunking on someone, especially considering it's been a staple of Howard's offensive game since he's been in the league.
