This is more of how I think the vote will wind up, allthough I do think Dirk is the MVP.Nash - It's his unless Kobe puts up 80 agian, or the Mavs win out.Dirk - Having another great year, and his stats do stick out, I mean 26+ ppg and grabbing 10 rebounds a night is very good...Kobe - He is helping his team just as much or more than anyone.Chauncy - He's clutch on a team with no real superstars.
LeBron will not win it this year, thats a fact. The only legitamate contenders right now are:1) Dwyane Wade2) Steve Nash3) Dirk Nowitzki4) Kobe Bryant5) Elton Brand (very quietly)6) Chauncey Billups7) Tony ParkerI think the top 3 favorites on that list have to be:1) Dwyane Wade2) Kobe Bryant3) Steve NashI'm predicting that Kobe wins it this year, thats only if they get into the playoffs though.
I'm sure Nash will take it,he has proven that even without Stoudamire he can be a winner and lead the team into the playoffs with a strong record. Now lets move on the Finals MVP.Billups! Billups! Billups!
Wade is in the discussion, but not in the top 3 right now.Nash, Kobe, and Dirk are the top 3, and will end up that way on the final ballots, IMO.
Elton Brand is having a great year, but its not him who changed the Clippers franchise, it was Sam Cassell. :winkglasses:
