    Cheesecake is great. I made a chocolate Kahlua cheesecake and one of the guests said it was so decadent she felt like she needed to go to confession.

    Saying it is easy. The effort is in making it.
    And I love cake. Have a lemon pound cake in freezer. Made a three layer butterscotch cake for a client and chocolate raspberry torte for friends.
