It is possible to use Yahoo! to do a keeper league. All you do is have a normal draft year this year. Next year, people make a list of "keeper" players and we just don't draft them. If we have two keepers, everyone just drafts scrubs in the last two rounds. After the draft is finished, you drop your two scrubs and pick up your two "keeper" players off of waivers. No problem...
