Someone can post a link, but I love that Napier called out his teammates for lack of defensive effort. Finally a player on our roster who understands what it takes to win in this league.

Last night was a real wake up call for a changing of the guard moving forward...Napier earned a rotation spot and I doubt we'll see Dame and CJ together as much in the back court..Napier is quick enough to defend a guy out in transition. He's a baller!

Hey....we've all needed a narrative all season...if Napier plays more it's not changing our title chances that much

I said several times in preseason and the earliest games that Napier has some stellar moves on offense, and once I said he was as good as Lillard in a game. But Stotts has always played Lillard to the point of exhaustion, so that we blow 4th quarters. Remember when Lillard led the league in minutes for a whole season?

    Napier should be playing.

With Napier on the court, CJ played harder on defense than I've ever seen him play...it was a big difference...the 3 guard blitz with Nurk in the middle at the end of the game was frickin' awesome....Napier out performed Allen Crabbe by a mile..he had 7 rebounds too...

And another backhanded slap at Dame. Nice.

Dame beasted last night and deferred to Shabazz post game...was humble after a 33 pt game himself. Dame has more miles on him than most pt guards 5 years into a career....he needs to get his rest and we need to play Shabazz in combination with CJ or Dame to keep fresh legs in the game

What are you talking about? The 3 played together. When Turner's back, Napier goes back to the bench.

While I like that he did it, I don't know if a true leader would take 58 games to arrive.

Weren't you guys saying the same thing about AC when he was on a streak or ET when he stepped his game up? Just can't believe grown men jump so quickly ON and OFF bandwagons the way you do. My guy Bazz might throw up 2 points and 5 TO's against the Raptors and you guys will be nowhere to be found.

Shades of Sergio and Rudy. Stotts should try starting Napier. If he did well, we could get a lot for Lillard or McCollum.

I don't have time to search for stats now, but he was pretty good back on uni. Was Final four MOP for a reason I guess in 2014, so he must have something in him.
He obv wasn't NBA ready but it really might be good time to let him have some more time on the court. (With Snakeman ofc) Still, I don't see Stotss doin it. I don't like his rotation stuff this season. Stotts was almost COY last season and I personally would see him gone now, so...
