Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed)

There is no player on the team that pisses me off quite like Mo, but still I'm actually quite happy to have him. When Meyers, TRob or some of the others do something selfish or boneheaded I let it slide since they are younger and much less experienced, but when Mo shoots from 8 feet behind the arc with other teammates open, it irks the crap out of me since Mo should know better.

But Mo also keeps the team from stagnating, and Actually does get some assists too. So good and bad, he is quite nice to have on the squad. But last night, watching CJ immediately look up court when he rebounded or received an entry pass was wholly unexpected and something I really want to see added to the Blazers.

My hope for CJ is basically the good parts of Mo without the bad parts of Mo.

Mo has been good for us. I think he was our second biggest signing in the offseason.

He was a good deal but he can be a game killer.

Dorell Wright is quickly climbing the charts for me.

Dorrell plays solid defense, against good competition, and has been very very underrated in that aspect. Guess it depends on if shitty offense or shitty defense pisses you off more.

Personally, both him and Mo have met my expectations, not to say they don't need polish but for a second unit they bring some crucial elements to a team that wishes to contend.

Sometimes I really hate how Mo disrupts the offense with the second unit, but he has hit some majorly important shots this season. The kind of shots that give the team a boost when needed.

    Mo played well tonight.

    16 points, 5 assists, 2 steals.

    Definitely our best guard.
