NBA 2k8 coverboy to be Chris Paul?

they have to sign a contract with that athlete first. they try to get the one that has the best marketing potential, young guys.

I don't have any problem with it being Chris Paul but there could be better choices. Paul had another season where he showed tons of potential but injuries slowed him and the Hornets from getting to the playoffs. I thought that they would go with a guy like Baron Davis or even LeBron James, guys who caught the attention of the world druing the playoffs. Either way, at least it's not Shaq. I'll be buying NBA live 08 due to Arenas being on the cover and claiming that it is going to be better than all of the other live's.

 

Regardless whos on the cover I would still buy 2K8 but im glad its CP3!

I think 2K8 made the right decision here.. they got a young PG on their cover who can score, pass, and rebound very well for a player his size. It's also good that New Orleans gets to see their basketball star be on a video game cover.

 

It's official, Chris Paul is hte NBA 2k8 coverboy. They could've done a better job of hiding the player though.
