Well, Adam Silver, why haven't you cancelled the 2017 All Star game in Charlotte yet? :dunno:

I'm willing to bet none at all because when the All-Star game starts next year <10% of those interested will think about the fact that it was cancelled in Charlotte, <1% will think about why it was.

Is the NBA pulling the team out of Charlotte? If not, pissing off the majority of the people in NC doesn't seem to make good sense.

Stern is gone - nothing changes. Silver has no principles either.

Says the person who can never really understand the plight of the 2nd class American citizen.

Newsflash: Most of the country could give a shit if NC is pissed off for potentially losing an NBAASG. You should join us in not giving a shit.

Ha! Oh I am in that camp! You just have the issue I don't give a shit about wrong. Damned if I am going to war over bathroom rules in any State, let alone another.
By my reading the 10th amendment authorizes their actions without a doubt. The NBA ought to mind their business, their customer base comes from all 50 States and running any one of them is not their business.

And there's the dog whistle call.

The 10th amendment doesn't allow for discrimination. That was the argument for Jim Crow. Funny how it's you who brings that up. Oh no, not that funny...

The 10th amendment didn't provide for slavery! Slavery already existed thousands of years before the Constitution was ever written. The 13th amendment made it illegal in this country
I don't see any discrimination in designating bathrooms! Weird you would equate assigning bathrooms with slavery.

You don't see any discrimination because you are who you are you believe what you believe. Funny how most of the nation sees discrimination. You must be part of that 25%.

If you haven't gone through the surgery required to change sex, then you should go to your genetically designated fucking bathroom.

If you don't like it, go see a mental health specialist and fix your brain. Anyone changing their damn sex is in my opinion screwed in the head.

Sorry if I hurt your feelers America. hashtag butthurt.

Cool story bro. So you don't seem to know that the "religious freedom" law allows people to turn away CITIZENS from lunch counters again do you? Did you know the law they passed allows businesses to deny services due to their religion or not? I'm Christian so I'm not making the wedding cakel for the Gays.... It's not simply about bathrooms.
