Vince's best dunk, the Reverse 360 Windmill and Jordan's '88free throw line dunk (he did it worse in '87 and '85) were too good that they can't be compared to each other. They're in a league of their own, but you can only say Jordan was better in dunk contests simply because he participated in more of them. If you're talking about in-game, slam dunk contest, olympics, and charity game all together, then that's a different story. Michael Redd Or Ray Allen?

I haven't even see much of Vanessa anyways except at some annual Music Awards which Kobe goes to annually so I can't really judge her.
