    Fair enough. Though there is a reason the Blazers were last in fast break points, and played against set defenses a lot.
    You’re probably right that 14 seconds was an incorrect number and it’s higher at least by a few seconds.

    It's rare teams would set up after an offensive rebound though.

    That's not rare at all and used to happen all the time off of Przybilla, Camby, Rolo tip outs.

    People can hate on camby all they want but he was so freakin good at controlled tipping the ball out to a guard.
