    denver and cleveland had the same record, so i think they have the same chance.

    No, they bumped up Denver. Denver has the better chance now.

    no denver and cleveland have the same chance, the game they played was to decide who cant go lower in the draft as in denver is considered the number one seed in that they can only go down to the 3rd or 4th draft pick or whatever is it

    what i think should happen in the future is (for pick 14-29), if a team is tied with record, in the same conference, then it should be whoever gets the lower seed. so if it was that way, magic would get 14 and bucks would get 15, instead of vice versa. i think that way seems more fair.
