According to its website, Tauntr handed out 5,000 Khloe masks in the hopes that Odom would continue to struggle in the finals. The website refers to her as "the ugly sister."

I have another good feeling about the next game, I think if Odom has a good game, we're winning.

Also to mention, in a postgame locker interview with Ron Ron, he says he doesn't think he's been playing the kind of defense he wants to be playing and hasn't really been putting as much effort as he can. Says he's going to have to step up a lot more for Game 4.

The saying goes that if Lamar has a good game, the Lakers are practically unbeatable. It was true again last night.

Of course you have to give serious props to Derek Fisher. I, along with many other Laker fans thought he was burnt toast and that he would be our biggest liability when postseason starts. He has definitely stepped up his play which leads me to believe he was saving all his energy for the playoffs/Finals, and sacrificed a little bit in the regular season. Fish was once again big when it counted the most, and that layup and-1 against three Celtics was amazing, I can't believe he made it.

Kobe played well early on but he was very disappointing later on down the stretch. We need him to play better. He needs to stop hoisting up so many jumpers if he's off and start involving other people. Anyways, thankfully for us D-Fish was there when we needed him, I was getting so nervous when they chipped our lead down to 2.

His defense has been fine. Artest always says the same thing about his defense, though.

He looks hesitant on offense, though. I'd be fine with him shooting wide open 3's if he didn't hesitate before releasing. He is thinking too much out there.

Do or die for the Celtics tonight, they win, they extend their chances (even though it'll take more than 20ppg from both Ray and Pierce to get it done IMO at the Staples), they lose, it's over, I cannot see them winning 3 in a row against Lakers.

    Tonight I see a 10pt win by C's, Boston 104 - 94 The Angels, Pierce 35pts, Rondo 14assts, KG 20pts. / Kobe 37pts, Bynum 5blks, Gasol 14rbds

He completely negated Rondo's ability to get out and run. Overall he had a good game. He just struggled with his shot.

No way in hell does Pierce score 35.

I agree there was a few possessions when Kobe didn't have any option, but to force up a bad shot. These are forced shots due to lack of movement by his teammates. They were doing a lot of 'Kobe watching' instead of cutting to the basket or giving him an angle to pass the ball for an open look. Kobe is a willing passer if you make yourself available. Standing around and not spacing the floor properly forces bad, contested looks.

There is no way no how that Paul will score 35 points. Ray may rebound and have a 20 point game. It is also doubtful that Kobe will score 37 points tonight. The Lakers will feed Pau the ball and play off of him.

There's no way Pierce is getting 35 with Artest out there and the Celtics don't need that many points from him to win.

What? Pierce can always get 35, he just plays within the team offense so he wouldn't get that many shots.

Do you think the Celtics offense runs better this year or in 2008?

Extremely hard game for the Lakers, Boston knows it's do or die for them, even though Lakers won't take anything for granted. I still predict a close game with Kobe and Gasol leading the way (Praying for Artest to make contributions to our offense also).

Not sure. KG has declined big time. so we are more perimeter oriented. Rondo is way better, Ray Allen is about the same, Pierce doesn't get the ball as much, so he's not the same.

Thrilla, is there really some internal conflict between Pierce and Rondo about whose team it is? Over @ LG, there was a thread posted that linked to a Celtic's forum and how Pierce and Rondo don't get along well because Pierce believes it is still his team. Any truth that you know of?
