I swear this is bullshit. I wouldn't care so much about these fouls if they would call it both ways, but everytime we get hit it's nothing, and if they get hit, they get FTs. This is really pissing me off and I'm usually level-headed around here. I hope everything changes in the 2nd half, at least to make it more fair with the officiating. If it's going to be more of the same shit, then I'm just not going to watch because if this is how they are going to call it then the NBA doesn't need me helping their ratings.
The officiating has definitely gone our way so far, I can't lie. But you guys seriously need to calm down with the whining. Usually the refs look at the FT stats at halftime and go out of their way to even it out in the 2nd half.

You guys are ridiculous. He was in pain. They used precautions when taking him to get examined. He tried putting weight on it, and he realized he was good enough to play. So he came back. Everything else is a media creation. Get over it.

I mean, yeah, guys at my high school were writhing in pain one second and two minutes later running full speed down the court. It was really no big deal.
Laker fans calling out Pierce is garbage, I agree with you Thrilla. ABC over-dramatized that whole situation.

WOW they're really tryin to fuck over Kobe! All those calls on him were bullshit, and Paul Peirce stays floppin!
Things don't look good for the Lakers so far. Lakers' fans shouldn't worry yet. They are down 2-0 with three home games left. The Celtics can steal one of the next three at LA and go up 3-2 with two games at home to close this series out. That is the worse case scenario, because I don't see Boston beating the Lakers more than once at LA. Everyone wants a 7 game NBA Finals. Boston has played like the better team, forget about the officiating. It's not like the Lakers are losing by 2 or 3 points. Pierce is getting too much love and hate right now.
Coming into this series the Lakers bench was supposed to be an advantage for us. They've been embarrassing to say the least in the first two games. I knew the Pierce-Radman matchup would be a nightmare for us. Right now it comes down the Celtics wanting it more than Lakers. All the intangibles are going their way and the Lakers have lost their swagger.
