    the only issue with AI that I have is he is too short to defend 2s and shouldn't really play the point. He can be very good, but its hard to put the right guard around him.

    Plus, I'm not too worried about giving up so much. With the way the draft is going, I think it's very likely that the players I want fall to me. [IMG]

    However, I had Iverson last year and nobody liked my team because of him.

    *shrug*</div>

    The reasons people dislike AI are understandable, but he plays hard every game, wears his heart on his sleeve, and is a competitor. If a superstar is available at pick 38, you take him.
    </div>

    I think AI is very popular with both the fans and the media. His toughness and tenacity has completely overtaken his earlier immaturity and his image has changed a lot over the years.

    His shooting percentage, on the other hand, is something that's harder to live with.
    </div>

    He shot 46% last season and was 3rd in the league in scoring. 7+ APG and 2 SPG, too.

    </div>

    Yep. He's good. I'm curious to see what the rest of GK6's team will look like.

    I think AI's a good pick there, but not worth giving up that much for.

    Ace, look at my trade and look at yours.

    You got hosed. Why would you want to move down that far for an extra 9th round pick?

    9th round picks are not very important.

    This is a terrible trade. At least GK6 got a star player.

    I would have given you my 3rd 6th move you higher at the 5th and take your 12 for something else....

    [IMG] guess you really wanted a 2nd.

    Why did you have so much trouble finding a player that fits with Brandon Roy?

    He's such a versatile guy. There are a lot of great options available!

    Its not that. I wanted to get a better pick in the later rounds and stay in the 2nd.

    The trade is fair, compared to some other trades done here earlier.

    Alright, picked Chandler, had at least 4 other guys I was thinking about but need to get the PF/C position cleared early, especially with Chandler still being available.

    Just talked to Wade, he's very happy, already in the gym working out, getting ready for the season. [IMG]

    Tyson Chandler was going to be one of my choices too.

    Easy, his pick was 11 picks earlier than mine, not that big of a difference, plus now he gets another pick three rounds earlier.

    Now explain yours where you get a 2nd and 3rd rounder for basically trading 2nd and 8th. Look at them over and tell me which one is more fair.

    Yeah, I'm going to kick myself for not picking someone else, who was very high on my list, (still are but will be picked in the next few picks I bet), but Chandler is still a great pick to be paired with Wade.
