Its different L. I did not use my first round pick to get him unlike Oden and Beasley (30). He isnt even in my staring 5. He was too good to pass up with my 6th rounder, thats why i picked him up to come off the bench.

I want another 6th round pick.

Im willing to offer only my upcoming picks. I have two 7 rounders, an eighth, ninth, 11tth, and 12th.

    This sucks.

I really wanted Antonio Daniels and he goes right before me. I then look at Westbrook but figured he would drop a few more spots, but no.

When Atlanta signed JJ, they intended to use him as the starting PG, which is what they did.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The Hawks, dating to last summer, have had no success in their high-dollar attempts to land a prominent restricted free agent. Yet they remain quietly hopeful that they'll soon be able to play Johnson as a point guard should they finally score this time.

Johnson's playmaking ability is viewed by scouts as a critical component to the Suns' success. Phoenix doesn't have another dependable ballhandler to punish opponents who try to force the ball out of Nash's hands.

"I love the idea," Johnson said. "I'd love that, having the ball in my hands. I think I'm a great shooter, but that's where I think I'm most effective, making decisions."</div>

    Link.

So there's proof that he's played PG and SG, anyway. Great drafting, pegs!! [IMG]

That was with Atlanta. The team that had about 8 forwards.

He definitely has the size to play the 3. And here is DX's profile they made on him this offseason:

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Overview: A versatile small forward who has developed into a legitimate all-star player. Isn’t a freak athlete, but is very smooth and fluid and has an advanced feel for the game that allows him to more than effectively display his skill set. Wasn’t an overnight success. Put in two solid seasons at Arkansas before leaving for the League. Found himself in an ideal situation with the Phoenix Suns from 2003-2005. Blossomed into one of the best young swingmen in the game after being traded to the Hawks. Very intense demeanor on the court. Doesn’t make a lot of highlight reel plays, but shows the poise of a veteran and is the face of the retooling Atlanta franchise.</div>

Orlando Magic trade Danny Granger and the current 6th round pick for Monta Ellis and 9th round pick.

    Why i made the trade.

I needed a shooting guard but I kept thinking the guys I looked at will fall, they didn't. I hate to lose Granger and trading down 3 rounds its a tough pill but overall, I like my team now.

Building a bench from the 7th round on instead of the 6th isn't that big of a drop.

    Leandro Barbosa
    Monta Ellis
    Andrei Kirelkno
    Josh Smith
    Joakim Noah

Not where I wanted to be but I'm okay with it.

Barbosa + Ellis would just get abused on defense in the backcourt. At least you have some erasers in the frontcourt.

Ramon Sessions. Stretch Armstrong couldn't reach that far.

Took Blake because I wanted someone who could split equal time with Daniels, and I didn't think any point of Blake's caliber would fall to my next pick. Depending on match-ups, I can start either one and be worry-free.

you mean you wouldn't take a second round sophomore who played 17 games in his career to start?

    crazy.
