Anywhere from 10-30 minutes before the time the waiting room will open. Doesn't matter when you get in the waiting room, just make sure you do before the official drop time. Once the drop time hits, you will randomly be given a spot in line. 36K packs available today and probably 200K+ people who will be in line.
@donkiez make sure you are signed up for emails and are in the discord. You can get all notifications those ways. But yeah, I'm already on the page and just refreshing every few minutes.
