    One round draft, but it's White Elephant style where you can either draft a player, or pay $10 million to steal an already drafted player (if he's stolen three times, that's it). At the end of the draft, the #1 pick team gets to go again.

    And, to make it even more White Elephant-y, each player 1-31 is assigned a number, but nobody picking knows what number is which player, so they just draft NUMBERS and find out who it is after they pick (but before their turn is done).
