Only for the taste. I don't like chicken skin but it's not like I can't have fat. Just not many carbs.

But all life on earth is carb based. Why deny yourself?

Really good! I eat it without the dressing. I use Stubbs BBQ sauce as dressing instead :D

I'm not going to waste my carbs on white bread... Unless it's French bread with butter and honey!

Growing up across the pond, I had to make my own sandwiches for school lunch from age 11 up. Peanut butter and Marmite!

Oh man. I love kale. I never used it, but learned to love it when I was living in Florida. We had a big garden and the kale was prolific so I had to eat it or waste it. I figured out some really tasty things to do to it. Also PBJs saved my life on my shorebird surveys. 12 hours walking up and down dunes, wading through lagoons, and fighting through brush in Florida summer required a little quick energy.

You should write a rock opera about an animated piece of Kale. Hell. Harry Nilsson wrote an entire children's cartoon about "points."

We have four varieties of Kale in the garden...grows like dandelions...Tuscan Kale tastes best..it's also better when young and tender, tends to get woody if you wait too long to harvest...I mix it with Parsley, Green and Red Chard and Romaine Lettuce for salads or stir fries. When Romaine lettuce bolts if you let the stalks get tall you can cut them up and pickle them...really delicious.

Yeah. I was listening to Smile the other day. It's amazing but slightly disturbing. It could easily soundtrack a slasher film. All those high unsettling harmonies. Brian Wilson was doing Wwwwway to much acid.
