I grow a couple of varieties of kale, the black kale that works in salads (especially massaged) with walnuts and dried cranberries and a little goat cheese, also the kind that I saute. And pick baby leaves to mix into green salad. Still want to know what kind of jam? I grow fruit trees so always have lots of jam (currently lemon marmalade, two varieties of plum, peach)
