I mean, think about it. Phoenix was actively trying to put together a roster that would tank and their coach was so freaking amazing that he almost gets them to the playoffs. And the sportswriters just vote the Suns GM second? My guess is they vote on everything all at once. "Who has the best record? Oh, the Spurs? M'kay, how about Popovich and Buford?" They're morons.
