Nets @ Blazers Gamethread (Merged)

Just back from the game. Had a blast. It was Faith and Family night.

Well, I had faith in the Blazers, that despite trailing most of the game, they'd pull it out in the end.

And, the family had a blast and got plenty of free goodies. Four more chalupa coupons to add to the ever growing pile. My youngest also got the free Pizza Hut Pizza. Our section got the $5.00 off Typhoon coupons (my wife, didn't go to the game, but will get Thai for dinner tomorrow night). We also got the Rose's buy-one-get-one-free temporary tattoos.

And the best part is my youngest FINALLY got on the Jumbotron with her sign that she's brought to the last four games - not once, but a total of SIX times, including twice in the 4th It was an especially exciting game for her since Batum is her favorite player (she was sporting her black Batum jersey - as usual).

Oh, and the game was pretty exciting, too.

Bibby will be a free agent. And perhaps we could trade for someone a team may want to get rid of. I heard talk of the Pacers trying to deal TJ Ford. I wouldn't mind actually HAVING one of those quick little guards that we have so much trouble with.

 

Recorded the game and just watched it.

Wow. Great fucking team effort. Outlaw with the double double and 2 blks. LMA with SEVEN clutch offensive rebounds. Blake with clutch threes. Batum with a career high effort. Pryzbilla with 5 blks. Roy played like MJ. And Frye scored too! My only wonder is why Bayless doesn't attack offensively anymore. What's the deal?

If Utah loses to Miami, and I consider that very likely, we're in 1st place!!! Game starts at 10am. Can't wait!!
