Moving the trade deadline up at the whim of the commish is a violation of the rules and an abuse of power seeing as he's a competing owner. Say guys can bicker and whine all day long about intangibles of fairness, integrity, and the 'spirit of the game' but what I presented was not a violation of the rules. There was no collusion; I presented a trade that included my best guards and Shake accepted. I won't argue if either side might have made out like a bandit, that's a moot point. I used the resources I had to improve my team without violating the rules. Impromptly disallowing trades? That's a clear violation, and a disservice to other GM's who were also working hard (lukewarm and I were in discussions). This is nothing more than the petty complaining that Gregg Popovich did after the Gasol trade, except he didn't eneact illegal executive authority to block the trade, or any other teams from making moves. You should all be ashamed of yourselves."

Yeah, somehow I'm okay with it.

Saved me from myself, probably. I was on the verge of offering Grant Hill for Delonte West.

Meanwhile, you shouldn't be trading with inactive owners - even ones who've somehow been "following the league" without logging in for months - as it's always a recipe for trouble. As is making the same trade after it's been vetoed.

I stopped all trades, I put the deadline at Feb 29.

    So the madness is over.

Add Yao Ming to my growing list of players I will never draft because injury.

    My list includes:

    Yao Ming
    Marcus Camby
    Tracy McGrady
    Baron Davis
    Peja
    Ron Artest

Even if these guys have 3 or 4 straight healthy, awesome seasons the next few years, I will never draft them again.

Dirk hammers AK, knocks him out and gets suspended.

I forgot to check my fantasy roster, forgot to start AI, and only lead Shake 5-4.

One night after getting AI back in the line up, I'm 8-1. The balance has been restored.

Next time I want in, and I want in on the entire draft. I blame Master Shake for keeping me preoccupied with Dallas Cowboys discussion while the first 5 rounds were started.
