Because of the lack of Iguodala pics that are large and good quality, I think we're going to have to settle with this...
^^ NOOOO!! I want our banner to be an action shot! That pic doesn't have emotion. All the nice team banners all have pictures with emotion and intensity.

Psh... I avoided Calculus like the plague in high school. I was in all the top level classes but retard's math, not because I couldn't do it, but just because it's such a bitch. Yeah, okay, I'm lazy, but at least I'll be catching some Zzz's tonight.
Yeah, its definitely a bitch, but I already started taking harder classes for math back in eighth grade, so I didn't feel like dropping down to a lower level and looking like a retard. That, and my parents most likely would be pissed and not sign the papers. By the way, how's U of Michigan (I can't remember if thats where you go)?

The class wound up only having three kids because no one wanted to do the work... And UM's great. I went here because I was thinking about going into business, but I've since changed my major to journalism, so I'll be transferring to Northwestern for the '07 Fall semester. Their journalism program is the best out there, imo at least, and they'll be giving me a chance to play ball for them, like UM said they would but later flaked out on.

The transfer makes sense though, since journalism's a pretty competitive field and having a degree from a good journalism specializing college definitely looks great on an application. Really the only reason why I'm thinking about UM is because they supposedly are great at alot of aspects. That means in case I bail out of PreMed, I can always pick something else up.

If I recall, you're looking at a lot of Ivy's, and Northwestern is closer to being on the same academic level as the Ivy's than Michigan is. You'll probably get a better all-around education there. Not to mention, the campus is twice as beautiful... right on the water overlooking the city. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">1. Princeton University(NJ) 2. I decided to lay off on the Ivy's for the most part (aside from UPenn) since it doesn't really make sense to pay top dollars for a PreMed program when Med schools just factor in your grades and MCATs. I realized it doesn't really matter where you go for PreMed, just where you go for the Med program. Northwestern sounds like a great place, only thing I'm wondering is if its close to the city (I assume its around Chicago)? Right now I'm taking a big look at BC. From what I've seen online (visiting this summer), it looks like a beautiful place to be. Plus, its close to the actual city, has got good NCAA sports teams, and still has good academics. EDIT- Damn that list is sexy. I looked at it recently, but I never noticed Northwestern on there. That, and I never realized UM is actually above UCLA, since I also recently read that UCLA is the most applied to school in the country or something like that.

It's hidden away upshore a little bit in a suburb known as Evanston, which is a great, typical college town with beautiful landscaping. The city is only 15-30 minutes away though. It's a straight shot downtown, and you can even bike there along the beach. Here's a map of where it is in relation to downtown. BTW - If you're looking at schools that'll help you get into a good Med School, check out Washington University in STL's Unviersity Scholars program. I almost bit on that before deciding that I didn't want to be a doctor.
